There are several methods for different land features:
In paved roads push your right knee inward and the left knee outward.
In dirt roads the previous method is applicable but also use your leg to maintain your balance.
In steep mount, positions of body parts should be adjusted:
1- Torso and upper body parts should be tilted forward.
2- Push the pedals with your toes, holding the heels downward.
